Amy D. Grubb is an internationally acclaimed speaker on topics such as organizational culture, change, leadership, technology, and storytelling. Amy has worked 20+ years in the FBI, 12+ years in the C-suite reporting directly to the CHRO, the CFO, and the CIO.
Amy built and ran two Centers of Excellence — Organizational Development and Leadership Development. She’s also a Vice Chair of Bombardier Safety Standdown (first woman to hold that role). Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Fellow in the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
