We’re really trying to get people to think about what is the starting question. That iterates constantly. We all know from going through this work that we will ask a starting question and it may not be the question we end up trying to solve.
What kind of problems are they churning on and how can we give them tools to help them integrate more information and better insights into their decision cycle? So, we’re trying to develop some of these tools, but we’re also trying to pull innovation and pull the right questions up from the force so that we can effectively meet in the middle.
